A search is underway for the lucky WA winner of Thursday night’s $30 million Powerball jackpot, with the winner yet to claim their prize.

Lotterywest spokesperson Sarah Dawson said this week’s win is WA’s biggest Division One prize since July 2023.

“WA is having a fantastic flurry of Division One winners over the past month and we are now celebrating our first Powerball Division One win of 2024,” she said.

“Tonight’s win places our Division One winner’s tally for the year to 52, with WA players sharing more than $100 million in Division One prizes.”

Along with this $30 million Powerball win, WA is also celebrating 129,969 prizes across the other divisions.

This includes one Division Two ticket worth more than $92,000.

The good news for WA continues with more than $5.9 million contributing to Lotterywest’s grants program thanks to this three-week Powerball jackpot roll.

Tonight’s Winning Numbers are 33, 5, 8, 22, 14, 9 and 1, and the Powerball number is 2.
