Police charge Girrawheen man after SUV was caught on CCTV almost hitting a pedestrian in Greenwood
Police have charged a 52-year-old man after a reckless driving incident in Greenwood last month captured on CCTV.
At about 9.45am on Saturday, March 22, it is alleged the man, from Girrawheen, drove at high speed and mounted a curb along Blackall Drive, narrowly missing a woman walking on the footpath.
It is then alleged the man, who was driving a grey Holden Trailblazer Station Sedan, drove over bushes and across the grass before returning to the road.
Police have charged a man with one count of reckless driving in a confiscation zoned and no authority drive.
He also had his car impounded by police.
The man is set to face Joondalup Magistrates Court on April 30.
