Hungry? Looking for lunch? A conti roll, perhaps?

QT Perth hopes to satisfy peckish CBD workers and visitors to the city with Deli QT, a food hub taking over the hotel’s lobby.

From September 4, Deli QT will offer beef dip sandwiches, fried chicken burgers, cheese toasties, Italian-inspired paninis, donuts and, of course, classic continental rolls.

The lunchtime favourites, plus a breakfast muffin with a gooey fried egg, will be available to grab-and-go or dine in, perhaps with a glass of bubbles, beer on tap or a freshly brewed espresso.

The new CBD dining option has been curated by QT Perth culinary creative lead Nic Wood and recently appointed executive chef Jake Lynch.

“We wanted to create a place where people can enjoy high-quality, flavourful meals, even if they’re short on time,” Wood said.

“We’ve crafted a menu that offers something for everyone, whether you’re in a hurry or looking to enjoy a leisurely break.

“The focus is on flavour and quality, ensuring every option is satisfying.”

Deli QT will open 7am to 2pm from September 4.

MASTERCHEF STEAK SANGA AT FREO PUB

MasterChef season four winner turned judge Andy Allen’s signature steak sandwich is available exclusively at The Wray Hotel in Fremantle.

The pub formerly known as the Beaconsfield Hotel is flogging the tasty-sounding sanga for $29.90 with a side of chips.

Allen’s version of the pub grub classic features garlic butter sourdough, 200g of premium scotch fillet, onions, salad and American red cheese, plus bacon jam and tomato relish.
