Chopper knows how to swing
Castrol Brand Ambassador David Foster OAM is arguably the most successful athlete in the history of sport.
David has won an incredible 185 World Championships in wood chopping and in 1998 he became the first person in the history of sport to win 1000 championships in his chosen sport.

He has represented and captained Australia many times since 1980. In November 1998, David was ranked in the Sun Herald's top 200 sportsmen and women for the last century, the only axeman to receive such an honour.
David has been awarded the Order of Australia Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours List, in November 1995 was named Tasmanian of the Year and was Tasmania's representative for the selection of the 2005 Australian of the Year.
He is a former director of the National Australia Day Council and widely recognised for his work with the community and various charities around the country.
David has had a long and proud association with Castrol as brand ambassador, sharing the good oil on Castrol lubricants and greases.
See David Foster at the Dowerin GWN7 Machinery Field Days where he will be appearing daily at the Boekeman Machinery Stand, site 220, on Wednesday, August 28 and Thursday, August 29.
David will be wood chopping at the Boekeman Machinery Stand at 11.30am and 2.30pm each day.
