Plans have been revealed for a proposed three-storey apartment complex in Stirling near Osborne Park Hospital.

The development application proposes a grouped dwelling consisting of 10 apartments on Baja Road, with plans showing an undercroft carpark to maximise space.

The site’s location on the 769sqm block is positioned within the Stirling City Centre and currently contains an existing residential dwelling which will be demolished if the application is approved.

The site also sits next to an existing open space.

Nine of the 10 apartments consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the remaining unit containing one bedroom and one bathroom.

The plans also include 10 car parking bays and one visitor bay. The plans include two apartments on the bottom floor with the middle and top floors four residential units each.
